I had a bad day and almost decided to skip recording my podcast this week. 

But after giving it some thought, I decided that instead of feeling bad about my bad day, I’m going to share with you – what it means to have a bad day and how to handle them. 

Sometimes choosing the momentary discomfort leads to getting over a bad day faster if it’s done thoughtfully, leaning into the things you know about yourself and what makes you feel better.
