There are always things we want to change in our lives.
Right after the loss, we want to feel better. We want to enjoy things again, and we have difficulty believing it’s possible.
Change is possible, but it doesn’t happen overnight when changing our beliefs and thought patterns. Instead, it’s a gradual four-phase process that starts with a simple belief that it’s possible.
